COMPATABILITY TESTS

A 1:400 dilution of DIFFICIL-S^® was prepared and various materials immersed in the solution for a period of 24 hours to check their compatability with the product:-

Carpets

Testing has been undertaken for the compatability of DIFFICIL-S^® on polypropylene carpets and was found to be compatible with the following:-

As a precaution, always test a small section of carpet in an inconspicuous area with DIFFICIL-S^® prior to treating the entire carpet. Please follow the carpet manufacturer's guidelines regarding the use of cleaning agents as Clinimax Ltd cannot accept responsibility or liability for cosmetic damage to carpets.

Mattresses

DIFFICIL-S^® has recently undertaken testing on mattresses and the results have proved very successful. With the main component in Difficil-S being chlorine dioxide which is a gas in solution when mixed with water, Difficil-S will dissipate upon contact with air leaving only common salt. However, we currently advise that the mattresses are rinsed with water after using Difficil-S.

Metal equipment/utensils

DIFFICIL-S^® has a near-neutral Ph which makes it non-corrosive on metal equipment and utensils.
